So I was going to post office with completed package of I-129F when i read the news that RFEs will be issued to 10,000 I-129F applicants. Now, the notice never mentions K-3 petitioners. Also, it exclusively says that RFEs will be sent to cases held at service centers, While, infact, K-3s are processed at National Benefits Center!!!!! (as far as USCIS is concerned it only has 4 service centers, although we regard NBC as service center).
Remember!!! These public announcements use very careful language. If it does not mention K-3 It should not affect it, if it does not mention cases held at NBC it should not include them.
But why, then, dates for K-3 have not moved pass March 5th, 2006???????????????? Did any one call USCIS today???????? Did someone at USCIS told any of us wether K-3 applicants will be issued REFs??????? I will call them tomorrow, we all should call just to be sure. If they are issuing RFEs to K-3 applicants, then I'd rather wait for new form, which they have promised to issue "later in June". Any suggestions??????
