we was have problem with I-130 and it take 2 month to get our NOA1 and now with I-129f we sent it at 10/05/2006 and we wait long time and we not get the NOA1 so we tryed to sent it again on 6/6/2006 and till now we not get card confirmation and money order not cashed yet and all the time the uscis said we must wait 30days but that not fair so i just want to say thank u for evryone help us

To the OP please dont give up.... if you can not find out what is happening why not go to your local office and enquire there... you can make an infopass appointment at http://infopass.uscis.gov/

Hicham do not give up! I hope that other people going through K-3's and I-130's can help you. I wish I could help but I filed an I-129F so I don't want to give you the wrong advice or help. Please do not give up... call the USCIS make an infopass appointment do whatever you need to do to figure out what is going on. Good luck I don't want to see you give up hope! If I can do anything to help please let me know

I don't think he is just giving up I think he is confused and not sure about what is going on and just depressed and losing hope but not throwing in the towel. I have talked to him before and he loves his wife and would never give up. English is not his first language so I think there was a little exageration in his post but he just needs to get things staraightened out with his wife and this whole process.

Hicham, I realize your frustration. I am unclear as to why you submitted the I-129F twice. You didn't receive any indication that they had received the first submission - did they cash the check? Did you cancel the first check before the second submission? Might this not confuse matters a bit?

Sounds like your wife already contacted USCIS and they told her to wait 30 days. Did she enquire about the original submission?

Please don't give up the process. Sometimes the immigration process can be frustrating. But we all are going through this. Please hang in there. Patience is bitter but its fruits are sweet.
