Full Version: No I-130 Information under Texas and Nebraska???

I also checked the updated dates pages, and am now finding that the I-130 for SPOUSE is no longer listed un the Texas Service Center?!?!?!?! It is also no under Nebraska, but is listed under California and Vermont!

Does anyone know WHY? Is this simply a mistake? Where in the world is my application and who is looking at it if I sent it through Texas?????

Your petition will be at california, all I-130's sent to Nebraska & Tesax are transfered to California, so your USCIS# will start with WAC

Only 2 service centers process I-130 now, california & Vermont
