Hi all,
I've gone through all the steps for the K3 and have now received the Packet 3. How in the world do I return the Packet 3 to the US Consulate in order to get my wife's interview scheduled? Do we hand deliver or do we mail it in?
We are peitioning at the US Consulate in Bangkok. Any help is highly appreciated, as the US Consulate is not!

We returned our Packet 3 by mail. We paid for the "signed for" service so we could get verification when they received it. You could also send it by courier or any shipping service. I just wouldn't trust it with regular mail - make sure you can get proof of delivery.
