I am not sure if K3 applicants will be sent out RFE or not but looks like USCIS is sending out RFE very soon to colect new IMBRA information.

I haven't read all the posts about IMBRA because thankfully it doesn't apply to me so I apologize if this is repeated or out-of-date.

Thanks for the link. So according to this, the OMB has approved the form on Monday (i.e Yesterday). Hope they start sending out the new forms/RFEs and process the pending cases expeditiously.

Since USCIS has updated the processing dates, and nothing moved for K-3 petitions, I guess, that's a proof to us all, that K-3s are affected by IMBRA and will be sent same RFEs. I only pray it would be done fast!

Let's hope it's a simple form and we don't fall into any categories they're creating a filter for. Since it's an RFE, does this mean we'll have to resubmit everything for the I-129f again?

I would not think so. I would think that it should be a simple form to be filled out .....I can't imagine resending everything back ! I just hope they come out with general RFE online and people can download it and send with a copy of thier receipt notice.
