Congrads to all of you from Vancouver who get interview dates so fast, I am glad that you are reunited with you s/o so fast but i am also fustrated that MTL takes so long. It just sucks. I have been waiting and waiting and first they send me the wrong package then it gets lost by Canada post. I am so fustrated and want to be with my husband.

I'm 0 for 2 on the same-day e-mail response.

Vancouver apparently doesn't like me so much.

I emailed them the other day to find out who I should be notifying about a change of address, and they emailed me back the same day to say they will note the new address and send the packet there when they get the file from NVC... then they told me that in the meantime I could go about getting a few things together, like a passport and birth certificate. I was impressed!

i am getting really frustrated.
i STILL haven't heard from vancouver.
i emailed them last wednesday about requesting a certain date for my interview and they still haven't gotten back to me.
do i have to go to their website or something and request a specific date there?
i am so confused.
i sure hope that everything is alright with my case.

it took them about a week to reply to my email. call them. it's the quickest way to get an answer. i usually call at around 2:15 PST and get through right away.
