Please check the K1 site for IMBRA updates...Some one has posted official USCIS notice that RFE will eb sent for 129F applicants ..still not sure if K3-k4 will be affected but good information !

GOOD NEWS 
Hopefully, it's just a few simply No's to check off: Did you meet through a marriage broker? Have you ever been convicted of domestic abuse? Have you ever petitioned for a K visa before? I'd like to think it will be a simple form and clear sailing.
It just keeps getting more insulting!
