I found an error in the DRAFT I-129F form already. If you look at instruction #10 (for Spousal K-3), it still says to include documents in instruction steps 3, 4, and 6 (omitting 5). However, due to the additional IMBRA instructions, these numbers should have changed to 5, 6, and 8 (omitting 7) respectively.

Not sure if this can be brought to USCIS's attention... I'd hate for them to release a final version just to recall it a few days (or weeks) later.

Maybe notify your Congressman/Congresswoman about it.

That doesn't surprise me at all. But they haven't even approved the draft yet so maybe if they are paying attention they'll catch it (seems unlikely since they couldn't get it together to provide the form on the effective date!)

phong_mai,

If the error makes it into the printed version they won't recall it, they'll wait to fix it the next time around.

This has happened before, the last time that the numbering was revised a few short years ago. The USCIS appears to be rather poor at proof reading.

New I-129F is up on the USCIS website. Doesn't look like they corrected the errors.
