Dear all, please bear with my ignorance if this has been answered elsewhere here. I'm a LPR (naturalization is 5 years away from me). If my fiancee comes to the US on a business or tourist or student visa, then we get married here and apply for AOS for her, can she stay here lawfully after her visa expires? Thank you so much!
