I am from Montreal and my BF from Chicago. We have been wanting to fill the K-1 since december 2005 but we have to wait for him to obtain his divorce paper to start the process. Should be cleared within 2 months (crossing fingers) I hope everything is gonna be fine after that for the K-1. And hoping the new from is gonna be out before that so that we can send the package the day he receives his divorce paper. So except having to take care of many little details ( my car, my job, my life) I just have to be patient and one day everything is gonna get in place.

So hope you guys are ready for my million questions
I thought I was aware of most of the stuff but there is so many little details.....wow.....

I'm here too. Thanks for the warm greating everyone. I wont be shy to jump in there when I need to for clarification on a few things, but yeah there is alot of processes to go through and we appreciate any and all help from all of the members here. We've all been through the process and in the future we will be able to help the newbies with all the beneficial information gathered from everyones success.
