Im wondering if my husband's interview will be in English or Spanish? The interview for I-130 was in English (of course I was there too) .... but what about the final interview. His interview will be in Ecuador - anyone with experience in Ecaudor or maybe Colombia or Peru????

The interview we had in Peru was in spanish and I would bet it will be the same in Ecuador.....

I'm pretty sure you do have the choice of whether you want English or Spanish.

In my case the Consular asked what was our common language (my wife and I). We said we spoke to each other in Spanish. They then conducted 90% of the interview in Spanish--but did on occassion ask me questions in English.

Our interview (Jun 2005) was in english.....
