Hey, this poll wasn't my idea! But it's such a GOOD one.....
No nekkids pics but we did exchange some rather ...er...graphic emails in the few days before we met.

We didn't start a relationship until after we'd already met in person, but I voted anyway, especially for the "no pictures, but WOO HOO!" part!

Exactly. Not all cultures are alike. Even in a traditional Hindu marriage in the parts my family is from, the first night after marriage is spent around a bunch of family members in the home of the girls family. No sex or even touching. The man spends the first night being harassed and teased and mocked by the girls family members while the girl watches on. The second night is when you get it on haha. So even in that context if one of the partners has to leave, say, on the first day after marriage, it is possible for a legal marriage to occur without intercourse.
Of course, none of this applies to how an Islamic wedding in Pakistan occurs, but if it can happen in India I am sure it can happen in the country next door.

He's got piercings. I've got piercings. We met on a site for people with tattoos and piercings to talk about-you guessed it, tattoos and piercings-and we both had pictures of the various tats and piercings we have. I saw his pierced bits and he saw mine before we ever even spoke, and given the location of the piercings yes, it qualifies as having seen each other nekkid before we ever even spoke.

Well we met in person so that made voting hard.
I didn't see him naked for a whole year though - dern long distance...and when I did,...wooooo buddy. I was happy! Still am.
BUT neither one of us are big internet people. I finally convinced him to get AIM but that was the extent of it. We talked mainly through email and phone...then gradually IM when we could..but he was always traveling. We never EVER used web cams...mainly cause neither of us had them OR would have known how to use them!
I never took naked pics and neither did he and I'm kinda glad...Like meriem said - they could come back to haunt me...since I'm in education taht's a risk I don't want to take.

I can see the appeal of pics and cams for people who had a big chunk of their relationship online before meeting in person. I might have snapped a few pic-a-boos in that scenario. And if we were apart a lot because of extreme distance, I can see that too!

I don't think it would be his style....though he is not at all modest or shy in private. He does not have a web cam anyway. I didn't think I would be disappointed and I was not. Good shape for 41...hehe.
