We have received the approval for our waiver and my husband's visa interview is June 28. Does anyone know if we have to pay a penalty fee or not? If so, how much? Money is a big issue right now. I quit my job because I couldn't afford to pay a baby-sitter for our 3 kids and all the bills and I am only making a small income working from home - fortunately, still more than I was making going out to work and paying a sitter! Anyhow, I am really worried about a large penalty. Can anyone help?
