I added member's avatars to the memberlist view (and city/country search). I thoguht this would be useful and make the listing look nicer.

I have big fingers and a small keyboard 
. I will try and fix that and many other typos in the next few days 
. House cleaning. Within a week I hope to have the rest of the site broughtup to date and working with the new forums. I am taking the chance to upgrade things (not just get them working again after the forums change).
