I'm not sure there're life events bigger that those...

A question about filing Affidavit of support (I-864) : USCIS ask about most recent tax year return which is currently for 2005... but we still cannot file 2005 tax because not all my W-2s have arrived... what do we do? list 2002-2004 years or just wait untill we can file for 2005???

Legally, W2 and 1099's must be postmarked before Feb 01. Call your employer and complain - they should send a copy to you by overnight mail. I just did this two days ago.

You should include your 05 return if possible, but 02,03,04 should be fine since the 05 returns are not due for a few months anyway. I would guess you might be asked for it later, though
