We live in S.C. , approximately 20 minutes from Charlotte, NC. We were told to go to Charlotte, NC to have our Biometrics done. Not Greer, SC or Charleston, SC as listed on USCIS's website. So when trying to follow up regarding when our EAD should be processed, do we go by the dates for Charlotte, NC (where the Biometrics was done), or Greer / Charleston, SC (based on the state we live in).

Looks like your in the same situation as us we live in Anderson SC and had to go to Atlanta Georgia for our biometrics ...... We dont know where to look, which office, for ideas on how long this will take ...

Biometrics are done at Application Support Centers, not at District or Sub offices although sometimes an ASC will be co-located with a DO or SO.

When following up on your I-765 application you would go by the date for the NBC, where the application is being processed (unless you've been told that the application has been transferred elsewhere).
