Would anyone tell me how long before should I get my employment letter for Affidavit of Support to send to NVC.

Normally big companies takes time in order to issue an employment verification letter if you are working in a company that require a week or so in order to produce a letter then it would be great idea as soon your affidavit of support I-864 generate ask your employer to issue you a employment verification.

It would depend on the Human Resources Department of a specific company. Ask them, how soon they can issue a letter. My HR gave me the letter on the same day when I needed them for my parents.
