We are at the I-864 stage and my daughter has all her tax forms upto 2005 which is when she last filed, so we are fine with that. For the 125% poverty level, do they take the same year as her taxes or do they take what she is on now for 2006??
In 2005 she did not quite make the level but she is now above the 125% poverty level for 2006 is that OK
