I hired a company to fill out my papers for me, which now I realize I could have done them myself. He had me submit everything with my original petition. I included the I-134, W-2, Bank Letter, Employer Letter, and Bank Statements. The letters are dated in in February of this year, and the I-134 form is dated in March of this year. My question is do I need to get more up to date letters, and I-134 form? Or should I just use the same ones submitted with our original petition. If I should update the I-134, should I just use the same information and just get it notarized again?

Is everyone sending Originals of the supporting evidence for the I-134, or just copies?

Wow, just over 2 months from filing your I-129f to your fiancee receiving the packet 3. You gotta love VSC!
Unless your circumstances have changed (employer, address. etc...) you should be ok with the same paperwork. The I-134 and financial evidence is good for one year. Be sure your provide the consulate with the original signed forms, and more recent evidence of your relationship.

I think that it is pretty Freaking ignorant for you to be invading everyones privacy. Why do you need to have a flag stating everyones private information???????????? By the way your software must have a small glitch in it.

What the heck happened here?

I ws advised to send in more recent info for the interview for the I-134. If you have your 2005 tax returns now then send those for the interview and maybe add your most recent bank statements and such. You should be ok though, I would think. Just in case you might want to get another I-134 notarized for 10 bucks. Good luck!!!

I am sending in original I-134 notarized, original tax transcripts that I received from the IRS, original letter from my employer, and print outs of my bank statements. I made copies of everything to keep at home.

It seems that Thai2luv has some kind of software or something that is invading peoples privacy. If you look at the bottom of his signature there is a banner, stating peoples personal info, as well as stating that Big Brother is watching you. I doubt anyone wants their personal settings posted on this board.

So what is the rule regarding I-134 and financial information in terms of timing? For example, if you use bank letters dated in April and the interview is in September, is that ok or do they need to be updated? I am going to take everything to my fiance at the end of this month but I have no idea when we will receive NOA2 or when he will have his interview - so I'm not sure if it will be outdated. Does anyone know? Also, when you talk about tax transcripts that the IRS sent to you, what does this mean? I have copies of my taxes that I filed but nothing that they sent me. Is this something I should call and request from them?

Thanks!
Jenn!

Is the Danasoft signature a hacking tool, or can it be used to violate anyone's privacy?
Absolutely not! The Danasoft signature can never be used maliciously. Users come to Danasoft.com and create custom signs, with text that they choose, and they then display their custom signs in forums or on websites using a simple image link. We don't monitor or censor the text that users choose to display on their signs. Regardless of what prankster text might appear on a user's custom sign, the sign is totally harmless.

When you view the sign, you will see your IP address and computer info. When others view the sign, they will see THEIR information. Try it, ask a friend to visit danasoft.com. They won't see your IP, they will see their IP. Your information is never shown to others. This is always true, no matter where the Danasoft sign appears (within web pages, emails, etc).

Whenever you visit a website, your IP address is automatically broadcast to that site, and it's even broadcast to those sites that you don't visit when you load a website that contains images that are hosted by a third party, such as advertisements. When you load the Danasoft signature from a webpage, your IP address is automatically broadcast to us, just like any other site. Danasoft.com does not "hack" your computer to obtain your IP address. One of the purposes of the sign, besides for fun and amusement, is to spread awareness that your IP and other computer information is known to every website that you visit. If that concerns you, there are software programs available to mask your IP and other information when you surf the web, search Google for those.

Danasoft.com doesn't log the IP addresses of people that view our signature graphics - we simply host the custom signatures. When a request comes in to display a signature, our software creates the sign "on-the-fly", and displays the viewer's IP and other computer info on the sign. Our software draws a new sign for every single person that views it.

The Danasoft.com signature graphic is not a website statistics tool. It cannot be used to tell you who is visiting your website because we do not provide that service, and as mentioned above, we don't even know who is viewing the signs since we don't log that information.

If this is the case then I send a huge apology to Thai2luv. I have never used, heard of, or seen this before. When I saw that it totally freaked me out. Sorry!!!

I understood your concern, which is why I went to check out exactly what that thing is doing!

Hey, if anything, I'm sure Thai2Luv will be glad that it freaked you out - seems like the purpose of it... laughing.gif

kitkat,

The consular officer who interviews your husband will decide when they look at the information that is presented to them. If they want something more recent they will tell your fiance to provide it before they will approve the visa application.

I put my sponsorship information together about a month before the interview so that it would be current.
