What we've been waiting for is finally here (almost). USCIS has put up the draft in compliance with IMBRA of the new I-129F required for the recalled and pending petitions to be adjudicated. It has answered A LOT of questions and has put a deadline to the wait, 30 more days in the worst case scenario.
