When I move here it was a bit sad to find out what people know about my country Colombia. Pablo Escobar, drugs, violence and coffee. Few knew about our flowers. And it is not their fault.. We only get the bad news about other places. That is why today wanted to share this video with you guys!! This is the other Colombia!!!


Things are really getting better in Colombia and a lot has to do with our just reelected president Alvaro Uribe. If you guys have the chance go to Colombia!! you will LOVE IT!!!

I want to tell you since the first time I travel to Colombia in August 2002; I fell in love with Colombia. I have been there eleven times in three and a half years. Some of it was because I meet my wife there but even before that I love the people, culture, scenery, food and many more things. Colombia is very beautiful and special and there are some of us who are not from Colombia but still appreciated it.

My husband always talks about how cool Barranquilla was and he cannot wait to take me when we have time to go there, I also want to visit San Andreas,,I have seen pictures online and it looks like tons of fun, I hope Colombia takes off as a tourist destination because the people in the industry there are very kind and they deserve to have good things happen. I went to Cartagena in 2004, and I had a great time there, its a beautiful city!
