I tried to make an infopass appointment (I was looking to see how it looks like on the website, I was not going to confirm the infopass) at my DO which is Spokane, WA.
It gives me a message that theres no appointments available for the issue I have: "90 days passed and I didnt get EAD approved".

So, should I try (when the time comes) to do the infopass in another DO or what???

It better get approved b4 the 90 days, because I guess I can have some trouble...

In my experience it's pointless to make an appointment at the DO that does not have jurisdiction over your case. I tried that (by tricking the system with a different Zip code), and all they did was send me back to 'my' DO.

You have a long ways to go before your 90 days are up, so the situation may well change, or they are experiencing "some technical difficulties."

I've heard that some DO's will not issue interim EAD's. One person made an infopass selecting the "90 days passed and I didnt get EAD approved" option and then was refused at the appointment.

Is it possible that Seattle is one of the DO's that won't issue interims?

I think Seattle will do it, but Im sure that Spokane won't... Just try to make the appointment... But at the end, dont confirm, or if you go too far, you still can cancel it...

I just tried again on the appointment, and ir WORKED!!! It didnt give me that message!!!

Now, Im more calm to when my time comes, IF it comes...
