OMG I can't believe it I opened the mail today and the was a letter from Deparment Of Home Land Security.

My husband's I-130 was approved on May 23, 2006. kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif



This is surprising news considering the website says they are processing Dec 15, 2005 and his was for

Dec 28, 2006. kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif kicking.gif



They did not email me or update case online.So the letter was a total SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations! There are some whose processing dates were late February and early march who also got their I-130 approvals.
