Here's a question on advanced parole and foreign passports after the AOS.

If my fiancee changes her last name to my last name, will she still be able to reenter the USA with her foreign passport that has her maiden name (as opposed to her married name)?

Or will she have to get her passport changed in her own country to reenter the USA on advanced parole?

Good question

Carry the marriage certificate with her and IDs for both.

We used my wife’s married name on all the paperwork, but her passport is in still in her maiden name. So will have the same issue(s).

Thank you for asking this question cuz I run into the same problem:

On my AP my married name is stated and in my passport my maiden name is stated...

And I was wondering the same thing: will I get problems with it?

Should I apply for a new AP with my Maiden name or can I just bring my state ID which has my married name and also bring my marriage certificate?

I don't know what to do...
