And we are talking about after filing the I-129F he wants me to come to Him and wait there with him while this I-129F is in processing and i will have a family member send this to me when it is received, would i have any problem in doing this plz help!! Thank You!!
It SHOULD be that simple, huh? In the "Land of the free" etc.......to just take a few days , weeks, etc to spend time with your spouse while the government takes its own sweet time to process your application.
Should be...but....Unfortunately , it's not...........
If he's from Morocco......the difficulty lies in that he will have to apply for a tourist visa to come to the US, and since you have an I-129F filed , it is going to be extra difficult for him. I went through something similar........and it was like "pulling teeth " to get anything done.
In this country....the closer ties you have to someone here, the harder it is for that person to come. Strange....how you have a much better chance of being let in to visit......when you are a perfect stranger with absolutely no connection to this country whatsoever.......but that's the way it is.
You can have him try to do the things he needs to do to visit.......but just be prepared for the difficulties ahead.
As for you going THERE during the application processing...I would imagine it wouldn't be a problem ....but I'm not 100% sure about that one.
