Youssef just took the car for his first time alone to go to the grocery store! I'm a little nervous but there is only one stop sign he has to get through to get there....I'm so nervous!

It did he made it! I have a manual car and he's not really use to driving (he drove a motorcycle in Morocco) so he said he konked out twice haha! Otherwise he was fine.

Wow, good for him! I'm kind of dreading having to teach Majid to drive. I've never taught anyone before, and at this point it's so intuitive for me that I don't know how to explain it.

Alhamdulillah... Said is a good driver and has even driven my car around my city both w/ and w/o me in the car... I feel totally safe w/ him driving, but we're gonna get the LA manuals anyway so he can study!

Teaching Youness how to drive has been a very trying experience - not because he's a bad driver. I'm sure he's just as good a driver as any other 27 year old who has never sat behind the wheel. Nonetheless, I don't really have the patience for it...which I feel bad about. But we manage. smile.gif

He gets to teach the kids!

Tamer has started studying the Minnesota driving book, in preperation for the learner's permit exam. My parents taught me how to drive and it was terrifying. I'm not nearly as in control of my b*tchiness as they are, so I'm thinkin my foree as a driving instructer is going to be bloody and short lived laughing.gif
