Dose anybody know if the Manila Consulate accepts direct spousal visa filing if the American Petitioner lives in the Philippines at that time? If so, what consitutes living in the Philippines? Thanks, Rick

I don't know off the top of my head (and it changes frequently anyway). 6+ months sticks in my head.

Have you read the DCF Guide and followed the instructions for finding the info online?

edit to add: The local USCIS office or Consulate will always accept an I-130 on behalf of a spouse when the USC is normally resident in the foreign country.
