??? wacko.gif On my NOA 1 , It is taking between 990 and 999 days to process this type of petition, on the Visa Journey timeline, base on your timeline your I130 my be adjusted as early as July 5, 2006, what is going on, am I missing something??? wacko.gif

I had the same reaction when I saw that. Have heart though, every case is different, mine was approved in 86 days.

Depends on who you talk to. what embassy you are comming from..
I think 990 days is such a true statement. we have been waiting ..487 days.. huh.gif

I know shon *hugs* But the OP is asking processing time of petition at service center...not till get the visa so therefore not including the possibility of AR

I think our NOA1 said the same thing but it didn't really take that long (meaning over 900 days) for the service center to process the petition.

Consulates (or embassies) have nothing to do with how long it takes to process a petition, processing of petitions (except in the case of DCF for I-130, which is not the case at hand) is done by USCIS Service Centers.

Don't worry about 990 and 999 days on NOA-1. It does not take that long to process the I-130.

About the VJ timeline: It is based on members' average time line. Your I-130 can be approved sooner or later than the VJ timeline. Let's hope that you get the approval soon.
