the pharmacist has an update..
the nvc msg says" your packet of forms has been received and was to have missing or incomplete information. a letter has been sent out on may 26, 2006. if it has been 4 weeks since......"


i swear on anything holy that i filled out every single thing on that.. i won der what the heck i missed..

until ysdy the msg said ur iv fee bill has been received, and additional instructions will be sent out within the next few weeks. if it has been 4 weeks since....."


btw to any who never read, i was a little anxious( there fore the need for the valium) and sent in the ds 230, even though it hadnt been generated..sad.gif i got to call the portsomouth post office to collect that letter and mail it back to me..

and so goes the days of my lives...

I don't think you have anything to worry about, this happens (to us as well) when they are waiting for the fee bill to be run through the bank, and the ds230, their lines kind of cross and they think they are missing information they already have.




Perhaps I am wrong, but my guess that is all that is going on give it a bit of time. When I got the message I was thinking wtf! Never got a checklist just a big fat "your case has been completed"!

Hi,

For peace of mind, just give them a phone, speak with an operator who can give you details. More than likely, it's just a case of poor communication between offices (the 864 goes to one, and the ds-203 to another-sometimes, they are a day late of one another, and a "checklist" gets created.

In our case, our 864 had a small problem which was corrected inside of one week. I called, found out what happened, and was able to take steps to fix it BEFORE it hit my door, and turned it back out the same day. Don't panic, chances are it's the former and not the latter.
