My husband immigrated here 2 months ago and now holds a 2 yr green card....could he sponsor his parents to come here, or does he have to be a USC? thank you.

I don't beleive he can sponsor his parents until he has gained full US citizenship.

You have to be a USC.
He has to be a USC and the process can take any time from 12 months plus dependent on countries
