At the time that you get the biometrics, is it at that point that your petition is with your local INS office, or is it still at the MSC? I want to know how the flow of things goes.

My biometrics appointment was not scheduled within 90 days, so I used the infopass. At the time of infopass my EAD application was already approved somewhere (and was phisically located at that place, I suppose); and my AOS application was at the local office.
