No, I haven't either, and our timelines are pretty close. Fingers crossed that we both get ours soon! The wait seems like forever........
Would love to hear when you get yours! Good luck.

You can look at "Immigration Timelines", above. Then click on "Visa Display Options:" and "View K3 Visas [ Advanced View ]". Click on the downward arrow beside "I-129 F NOA1" to sort by that date. You can choose the number of rows to display (e.g., 200), at "Select # of rows to display, down at the bottom of the page.
Hope that helps.

Lame, isn't it? Who knew we'd have to deal with this whole IMBRA fiasco (if that's what's holding it up)?
In the meantime, I hope your I-130 journey goes swiftly & smoothly!

i dont think the imbra has to do with k3, its only k1 so far. I read it on DOS website. I'll try to find that link.
i cant believe i am spending so much time on this site, lol. I am spending like hours everyday reading posting. etc

As per the IMBRA it affects all K nonimmigrant petitions.....fiances and spouses. The DOS telegram to Consular posts that you are thinking of, is only a directive for the petitions to be returned and that the recalls would not be affecting K-3/K-4. That has no bearing on the actual act and its inclusion of I-129F spousal petitions for K-3. If you read the Act it has many references to K nonimmigrant petitions as well as fiance/spouses.
K-3's were spared the recalls but it doesn't look like they will be spared the background checks on the USC, just as it is for K-1's.
Good luck everyone.

I think the processing time for the NBC says it all: March 5/06.
