My husband and I have recently moved. We have to remove conditions end of 2009, do we have to report address change? If so, to whom and how?

Yes, the beneficiary has to file form
AR-11 and the petitioner has to file form
I-865.

Yes it is. The USCIS needs to keep track of all immigrants at all times unless they become US citizens.
