I mailed my I-129F on Monday 9/8/08, it was delivered to VSC on Wednesday. I just check my checking account and saw that the cash the check. I thought they emailed you the NOA1 before they cash the check. So should I expect to receive the NOA1 notice in the mail soon then, I was thinking the emailed you and mail the hard copy?

My check was cashed first and then later they sent me NOA1 notice in the mail. I never received an e-mail. Good luck with your process!

The USCIS only sends an email for NOA2.
