It's a full month now after Manila Embassy's 2nd request for document verification from NSO.
Today I called and Lorraine at the Embassy says "Not in Friday's batch"
I then called the NSO and PJ said "No it went out Sept 5, I logged it out myself."
Called back to Embassy and Grace said "No it's not in Friday's batch."

What's going on here?
