Just wanted to see what everyone was using. Was using Internet Explorer 6 until a few days ago on this machine and could not believe how quickly the thing ran. Used Opera before and that was pretty good, but have had to put up with Microsoft for ages...beh! smile.gif

I use a mix of firefox and explorer. Definately partial to firefox though.
VJ Troll
FF for the most part. IE for sites that need it.
MaryandMian
I use one called SlimBrowser. I love it. No popups and have had no problems with it like I did when I used IE all the time. I keep IE for sites that seem to only want to open on it. Slimbrowser is free also and it opens in tabs.

Firefox with the addon "IE view" which adds an option to the right-click menu of a webpage so you can click it to open the page in IE if the page doesn't load correctly in Firefox.
Been using Firefox for at least a year now, I think. (I think the name was different when it first came out)
Lovin' it. I can't live without tabbed browsing happy.gif

First I used Mosiac, the Netscape and stayed away from IE until the features in Netscape started to cause problems as time went on.
Sometimes you just got to go with the MS flow, as a lot of the smaller developments seem to flounder due to lack of resources.
Kajikit
You forgot to mention Netscape! That was my browser of choice for five years... I replaced it with firefox and it works much better.
JayJay
Weeeeeeeeeee go Firefox! Is Netscape still going? I think I used that one once for about 5 months back in umm...1994 tongue.gif

I am listening to George Michael and Elton John's duet "Don't let the Sun go down on Me". Just thought I'd add that for no reason.

Ooh hold on, that could be, in honor of this poll: "Don't let the sun go down on IE" biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Firefox...i like the tabs and the popup blocker. I also like the google search in the taskbar and the predictive address bar. Sometimes it has issues, but then i just use the dreaded Explorer (crappy crap)

We use Firefox...but it kicks me off a lot...

I tested Firefox against IE-7 on my home system (both installed):
  • For single-file downloads, Firefox is faster
  • IE restricts to two files at a time, Firefox does not (I actually was able to download 15 simultaneously, though performance did drop)
  • Firefox crashes less oft--and recovers better
