Hi guys, just wanna ask if u have same problem with mine, regarding DELBROS... I paid for my DV Aug. 21, 2008, though i don't have interview date yet.just to avoid delay & another long waiting scenario...after paying thru metrobank for DV i txt DELBROS ryt away & luckily got 2 replies:

1. DEBROS has successfully received the information yousent! We will send you a txt confirmationafter we verify your payment. Thank You

2. This is to acknowledge the deposit you made. We confirm your payment to the document verificationas required by the US EMBASSY. Thank you

...after a few days i txted DELBROS again asking for the status of my request but i got no reply. after a week i txted twice & they replied,

" DELBROS has received your txt message. We are currently verifying your message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I txted again sept.1, that's almost 2 weeks now & i still gor this reply of VERIFYING YOUR TXT MESSAGE....

It seems that their txt messaging is computerized now.

Do you think guys that they're telling the truth? or they just doing this for us to stop bugging them...this is so unfair!

dats wat exactly wat happend to me..i paid dem 1 week after my interview.. aug 4 was my interview so a week after i texted dem maybe 3x a week but da same txt u received from dem was also wat dey reply to me..

den it was only last week dat i had a different txt message i received from dem..
it says:"Please be informed dat ur documents was in NSO,blah blah blah.."
so i got dis idea dat maybe i was only dat tym dat dey forward my docs to nso..
and im ryt..i called delbros to asked wen dey forward my docs to nso..?but i got no answer..dey told me to jst txt dem to der non-sense txthotline..

so wat i did was to call PJ to confirmed if he already had my docs coz i really dont bliv delbros anymore..
confirmed it was only sent to dem aug 29..
see from july 30 to aug 29 my docs was w/ dem..

so im telling u to col PJ to ask if he really had ur documents..
dont just relly on delbros info..most of der anwers on ur txt was not really true and consistent..

Hi uma_gurl...it shows that your DV was sent to the NSO 1 month after paying...that a very long wait.

by the way, i txted DELBROS again this morning & luckily i replied to my queries....

" Pls be informed that ur DV request form is not yet forwarded to delbros by the US Embassy. Thank you."

When i asked them if i need to inform the US Embassy that i have paid already, they replied,

"We have already informed the US Embassy about your DV request on the same day we confirmed your payment".

Meaning, the delays is not only from the NSO but also from the Embassy, coz they do not forward the DV forms right away.

Buti ka pa, your request is with the NSO already. but still i do not lost hope, i don't have my interview date pa naman, i just don't want that this DV would me another delay of my VISA...ang tagal na nga nang VISA processing, pati pa ba naman DV...

While reading all the forums etc in this site..i have so many questions to ask and truelly need to make my self feel better at least for one or i will explode ..LOL .It's been 1 month today since me and my 2kids had our interview,unfortunately,i dont know what the is %$%^#& is going on.One more thing,i want to make a post or replies but it wont get thru...what a luck!! Hope someone right here could ease how i feel right now...Thanks

OH by the way..What's PJ to call Uma?

PJ is the NSO guy that entertain calls from visa applicants. byt the way, r u waiting for your visa or DOcument Verification result? u should follow-up it gurl...my bro there in manila, whom i asked to call to DELBROS, USEM, & NSO (since i'm in bacolod, so long distance), he called DELBROS to follow-up my DV request & DELBROS told him that they will follow-up the request form from USEM bcoz USEM haven't forwarded them my request yet. i paid for my DV aug.21, it's been 2 weeks now, but still nothing happens....i'm hoping that by monday my request is at the NSO already.
