Okay maybe i need to stop whinning.
When I first send my I-130 package, i sent alot of documents that they did not need.
1. Pictures of ceremony/evidence.
2. 2 photos of a passport
3. Copy of wifes passport
4. I-864 (also joint sponsor I-864)
5. Tax returns of last three years..
6. Employment letters
so much sh1it I sent to Vermont service center..
i'm wondering where all that stuff has gone?
Now since my I-130 has been approved, do they return any of that stuff or will everything be shipped to NVC?
Relax buddy (or gal...if you are a female). I know I have gone thru this phase when I filed...(and who knows maybe I will have one or more of this episode in future, but I know I can always vent here). All you need is little support and encouragement from us all. That's why VJ exists. I suggest you start focusing on next steps instead of worrying about everything else. I would look at following website on VJ:
http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/..._live_in_the_USIt gives you lot of useful information, templates, etc. Also don't forget to read official NVC website regarding Choice of Agent, Affidavit of Support and supporting documents, DS230 Visa application and supporting documents.
Finally to answer your question....
YES, USCIS will send all of this sh1t to NVC. However, at least items 3,4,5, and 6 from your list will need to be resent to NVC at its appropriate time in procedure again. Remember, we can only send lot of the items you listed (Tax returns, employment letters, etc.) to NVC when they ask for it. I don't think tax returns and employment letters were required by USCIS when you filed I-130. USCIS will send whatever they have to NVC but NVC will likely ask for these items again in its due course of procedures.
Lastly, Congratulations on getting out of Vermont....
