Hello,
please advise.

I am planning to petition for my mom, but not sure which way is faster?

I am in US she is in BG

Should I apply from here while she is there or bring her here on a tourist visa and petition her while she is here and do adj of status.
What is better?

Thank you
YuAndDan
File an I-130 petition for an immigrant visa, it takes about the same time as a spousal visa. The other suggestion can be considered to be visa fraud, a visitors visa is for visiting not immigrating.

I agree with YuAndDan. Coming to the US on a tourist visa with the intention of adjusting status is considered fraud. Maybe you can file for your mom now, bring her over to visit for a while and then she can go back for her visa interview.

You are so right. I didn`t think this way . Thank you. I will apply for my mom from here while she is in Europe. That`s why I like this forum , sometimes we want thinks and we don`t realise what`s wrong what`s right untill somebody helps you see things from different point of you.

Thank you

Any advises on where I can get more info except the Form, I already have that. What else is recommended to show during the interview or I to send together w/ the I-130.

You can start by reading the guides found here on VJ (at the top of the page) and also read the Time Savers thread in the National Visa Forum to understand what you need to do once the I-130 has been approved.
