Well it looks like going to infopass actually resulted in them resending our RFE (only 1 month later )

It's asking for taxes, and I'm assuming it's for 2005 taxes because we sent all the other ones. I wish they would be more specific, but I'm just glad to finally know what they want from us. Time to start harassing my husband's cousin again

BTW, in case you missed my other post, Boston issued Wadi an interim EAD. They didn't even mention the RFE...

sorry to hear of the RFE. too bad IRS does not require them until April 15th, but UCIS requires them as long as the next year has begun!

That's a very good point icey! It's technically easy, but difficult because of the situation with his cousin. I honestly don't know why they dislike us so much. They never return our calls, didn't RSVP for our wedding reception (even though we called twice to ask if they were coming), and aren't home when they say they will be. It's weird because everyone likes my husband. He's just a very likeable person. He makes friends everywhere we go, but his cousin just wants nothing to do with us.

I'm hoping we'll get him to call for the tax transcripts and we'll never have to talk to them again, inshallah.
