I HAVE QUESTIONS , I APPLIED FOR MY WIFE I 130 2005 AND DIDNT RECIVED APPROVAL NOTICE, JUST RECIVED RECIPT NOTICE .
MY STATUS BASE IS FOR I130 IS GREEN CARD BUT 1 MONTHS AGO IAM A US CITIZEN, ALSO SEND CSS FOR COVERLETTER INCLUDED NATURALIZATION CERTIFICATE , RECIPT NOTICE, REQUEST FOR UPGRADE PETIONS FOR I 130 WITH PHOTOS, NOW MONTHS NOTHING TO COME ANY RECENT INFORMATION ABOUT MY UPGRADE LETTER.
NOW WHAT I DO , AND HOW LONG IS FOR WAIT FOR APPROVAL,IS PROCESS GO FAST IF IAM US CITIZEN NOW, HOW MUCH LONG THIS PERIOD

If I understand you correctly, you've submitted your I-130 for an immigration visa, right? Thus far, you've only received your approval notice--still correct? Okay, we submitted our package on April 7, 2008 and didn't receive our approval notice until July (about three months later). About two weeks later, we received package 3 (DS-230 and I-864). Once you have received that approval notice, you are well on your way. Don't worry too much because once they have approved your package, they will get the next package to you in no time. You are applying within India, right? Are you still living there yourself? We did this in China and my wife and I have been living here together for almost two years.

There isn't much you can do except wait for the correct department to forward you the next package. I hope this helps. Good luck

You should call them and find out if they have upgraded your case. let them know that you have sent them all the documents proving that you are a U.S. Citizen now. Do you have receipts from Post office? because it would help to show that you did send off the documents to them. other than that you should be patient because it takes time to process paperwork. By the way when did you send off the documents of being a citizen to them?
