I have already sent the fee for AOS/EAD now I want to apply for Advance Parole because this thing is taking much longer than expected. Do I need to pay an advance parole fee or just need a copy of my Notice of Action for my AOS?

No fee for AP unless you filed for AOS BEFORE July 30 2007, just attach a copy of I-485 NOA1 letter.
