First of all, thanks to everyone here for providing such useful information. I have been reading the forums for the last month to get information to help with the filing of my I-751.
Today I sent everything via express mail to the CSC. Hopefully everything goes smoothly, but depending on how much they were affected by the earthquake, I am preparing for slower processing times then some have seen here.

The earthquake wasn't as bad as it sounded. In California, we don't really worry until they are at least 6.0. But, it will probably give some people an excuse to take the day off (jumbled nerves). The CSC is about 40 miles from the epicenter so they felt it for sure. Hopefully it didn't dislodge files and scatter them all over the floor. There is a note on the USCIS web site about the CSC plans if you are really worried.
But, considering that you are just mailing it off, don't worry. You have a while still to wait. I would be real surprised if you don't get your acknowledgement in two weeks and your biometrics appointment set of a month later.
Hang in there, the wait is just starting.
