I have a TN visa and got married in Feb, my husband is USC and right now I'm in the process to file the I-130 and I-485 full package.
On the I-765 EAD on the first part where it says "I'm applying for: Permission to accept employment, replacement or renewal of my permission to accept employment. " but don't know exactly which option should I mark.
Also I have same concern on question 11, I was looking on the forum and found a comment saying even though TN visa allows me to work it is not considered as "employment authorization"
So what should I mark on the first part "I'm applying for:" out of the three options?? since I'm already working (TN visa status) and on question 11 "employment authorization for USCIS" ?
