My sunburn is still unbearable, I put aloe on before bed and somehow I melted to my pillow and had to peel my burnt back off of it, YES i almost screamed..shame on my sister for giving me expired sunscreen

Kelly, ouucccccccchh! I'm feeling for you. One thing you could try if you have a bathtub at home is a tea bath. Put lots of tea bags in your bath with very hot water. Then, once you've made good strong tea, add cold water. Let the water cool off and then soak in the tub, making sure all your sunburned parts are covered with the tea water. Soak for awhile. It will help to remove the burn and soothe the skin.

I'm so sorry for you...this happened to me in March - one bad day at Destin beach and I was cooked like a lobster.

Hi Kel. I am loving the new job! I didn't realize at all how hard it was to work 30 miles from home! I was spending sooooo much in gas and all that down time in the car. dang. I did that pace for 2 1/2 years. I am very happy to be working in Joliet. I know all the streets, (tho it was fun to hang out in your area) and now, I put that $10 in my tank and it is still there 3 days later.

Can you believe that murderer will get medical treatment now for his alcohol-soaked liver? And as taxpayers, we Illinoisans will be feeding and clothing him for a few years. I hope he gets the full 12 years and I hope he lives thru every one of them. I hope he sees 12 Christmases in prison. I hope 12 birthdays pass in prison. 48 seasons can come and go and he can watch them from a prison cell. Dying early from his scerosis...would be too good for him.

LUCKY!!!!!!! My boss *never* goes on vacation!!! Not one week in this WHOLE SUMMER and she has little kids!!!! Every so often she'll take a friday off but that's it! Meanwhile I'm taking one week off per month. lol

I'm starting my managment training today and I just past by the training manager's office... she's got these huge scarry binders for all of the trainees I want this promotion, but darnit we will be having projects assigned and have to do quite a bit of work in addition to our normal jobs

What do you have in your kitchen?

Here is one of my husband's favorite things that I make - it is always so good and goes great with a tossed salad and some fruit.

Lemon Herb Chicken Ring

2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese, divided
2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coarsely chop chicken. Dice bell pepper. Place chicken and bell pepper in a bowl. Chop parsley. Zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon zest. Cut lemon into thin slices; cut slices in half and set aside for garnish.

Add 2 tablespoons of the parsley, lemon zest, garlic, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning mix to a bowl; mix well. Grate Parmesan cheese. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Add remaining cheese to chicken mixture; mix well.

Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on Large Round Stone with wide ends 4 inches from edge of baking stone. (Points will extend off the edge of the baking stone.) Roll wide ends of dough toward center to create a 5-inch opening.

Spoon chicken mixture evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangles up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. (Filling will show.) Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over ring. Bake 28-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; garnish with lemon slices and remaining parsley.

Yield: 8 servings

Nutrients per serving: Calories 450, Total Fat 30 g, Saturated Fat 8 g, Cholesterol 45 mg, Carbohydrate 24 g, Protein 19 g, Sodium 740 mg, Fiber 0 g

Cook's Tip: If desired, 1 can (10 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained and flaked, can be substituted for the chopped cooked chicken.

I bought some shish kabobs yesterday and some cubed beef to fry up with veggies but I HAVE to find something new before I go crazy. The other problem is that hubby doesn't like meals prepared in a way that he is not "used" to. For instance, he wouldn't let me dip chicken boooobies in bread crumbs and bake it coz he said "it won't work this way" (even though I knew it would work AND be very tasty) he said "there is no reason to try to create something new if u already know what you like".. I'm so tired of the same ole same ole...uggggggg. I'm not gryping about him...just want something new to eat is all...
