Hi

I am filling up the form I-175 to remove the conditions and I started gathering paper work now for all the evidence that we marry in good faith, I am so confused about filling up the form on the first which name am I going to use since I am already divorce from my husband am I going to put their my single name or my married name.

And also on the bank accounts we have no banks account together, I have 3 different kinds of credit cards the master card, american express and discover card with my married name on it, i am very confused about this also, my credit card is separate to him and I have my own statement but on the name of my credit card is in my married name to him, do I need his credit card statement to include on my pocket or just my credit card statement. please help, I am really confused.

And now while I am gathering my documents I noticed that my passport was gone I try to find it all over but I could not really find it, I ask him but he dont know also, what I should do to get another passport? help anybody can help me.

How many affidavits do I need from other people to proved that we stay together in one house since my name is not on his house even on the utility bills or electric bills or phone bills, he said he will make also an affidavit for me and it will help a lot better to proved that we maaried in good faith? do you think his affidavit is very necessary and the immigration will approved it.

hope anybody can help me here, I am really very confused of what to do.

Thank you.

Feel I would hire an immigration attorney rather than seek advice off the board if staying here is important to you, one that really knows how the USCIS operates. A friend of my wife stayed on the hardship basis with a circumstance similar to yours as her ex didn't want to share the finances or anything else for that matter, but that is what they call, hearsay.

Why this got moved from I-751 forum? This is a I-751 case...

You basically need the same evidence that if you were filing jointly. If you want to include affidavits...at least 2 or more you can include. Must be US residents or US citizens and most be notarized. You can get the affidavit...nobody knows if you will be approved, the burden is in you that your marriage was bona fide. Get all the evidence possible, you need to show things in both names or at least one thing in one name and other in the other...at least you must show that you have a comingled life.

Good luck.
