This is propably a stupid question to which there must be an answer stickied here somewhere, but I could't find it.

I'm looking at the form and this document is to allow a person to re-enter the country, right?
If I have a K-3 visa that is valid for 2 years and allows for multiple entries, do I need advanced parole? Or is that for when my K-3 expires?

K3 no need AP. Still best to file for AOS with a EAD ASAP as you can get your SSN.
