I'm new to this guys but i just recieved an Email that my i-130 was aproved, whats next? my Noa1 date is April 23rd.

Congrats on your approval. Your next step is the NVC. They will ask for tax info and so forth. You might want to call the automated system at NVC to see if they have received your case. The number is 1(603)334-0700. Good luck.

I called the vsc and they don't have my case yet... should I wait? or starting filling out Support papers?

Wait a few more days, it takes about a week for the approved I-130 to reach NVC and enter into the system.
