Yes, they updated the processing dates as of July 15, 2008. I hope they start working asap, because they are very slow working in other types of visa.

If you are still getting the June 15th updates, the problem is with your computer. Try clearing your temporary internet files.
I don't know if the problem is with Windows Vista or Norton 360. I tried Tools/delete browsing history/delete temporary internet files in Microsoft Explorer and no luck.
Then I went to Norton 360 and clicked on PC Tuneup and Clean up Internet Temporary files and Clean up Windows Temporary files and that did it. I now see the July 15th update.
I knew it was a computer issue because I looked up the processing time on another computer in my office and it worked.

ok. I went to WWW.USCIS.GOV and logged into my account. I clicked on the receipt. then on the middle on the page where it says 'If you would like to see our current Processing Dates for Applications and Petitions, click here' I clicked on it and got the NEW UPDATE!!! if I tried to look at the processing date without logging into my account, I see the old date.
Hope that helps!!

i know what u mean, and its not you who i slander. its the uscis, they can update and put any info they want on their site. but its not acurate info. its just there to make people feel better. its obvious there is no organized system that they follow. just listen to everyone complain about newer petitions being processed before theirs.... like I said, updates don't mean squat !!!

Clean your browser's cache or hit refresh. You will see the change. Its possible that you are seeing the cached version.
