They dont answer at all!!!!!!! is there something wrong?? does anyone know anything???

Just keep on calling. I don't know why but recently their lines are getting more busy than before. Last Tuesday I was redialling non-stop for 30 minutes before I was even put on que to wait for an agent.

You have to call them really early in the morning right when they open, 7:30 a.m. or before they close, around 11:30 p.m. and you'll see that it will be easier to get through.

I think on the third week of the month they get slammed with calls from people checking on interview dates. Interview dates are given out on the second week of the month. That is my theory. I could wrong.


Yeah... I always get lucky just before they close.

Yeah try to call an hour to half an hour before they close which is about 11-11:30pm EST. Hope that helps. I call at that time and I get a rep everyday that I call. Try also around 1:30pm EST they also pick up then.

try to call 7am to 7:30am in the morning... its 3 min wait time to speak with the operator goodluck =)
